Setup (Installation)
This toilet is designed for a standard 12-inch rough-in. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper function and prevent leaks.

Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Area: Turn off the water supply to the bathroom. Remove the old toilet if applicable and clean the flange area thoroughly. Ensure the floor is level.
- Install Flange Bolts: Insert the flange bolts into the floor flange.
- Apply Wax Ring: Place the wax ring onto the toilet's waste outlet or directly onto the floor flange, ensuring it is centered.
- Set the Toilet: Carefully lower the toilet onto the flange bolts, aligning the bolt holes. Press down firmly and evenly to compress the wax ring. Do not rock the toilet.
- Secure the Toilet: Install washers and nuts onto the flange bolts. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench to tighten evenly, alternating between bolts to prevent cracking the ceramic. Do not overtighten.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect the water supply line to the toilet's fill valve. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn. Do not overtighten.
- Install Toilet Seat: Attach the soft-close toilet seat according to its specific instructions.
- Test for Leaks: Turn on the water supply slowly and check for any leaks around the base of the toilet and the water supply connection. Flush the toilet several times to ensure proper function.

Flushing the Toilet:
The SUPERFLO ET-SG features a powerful 1.6 GPF siphon flush system. To flush, simply press the flush button located on top of the tank. The siphon action ensures efficient waste removal with each flush.

Quick-Release Toilet Seat:

- Press the buttons or lift the tabs to disengage the seat from the mounting posts.
- Lift the seat straight up to remove.
