5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Fockety Weather Station Electronic Clock:

1. Connect Power: Insert the provided USB Type-C cable into the port on the back of the electronic clock. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer. The clock will power on automatically.
2. Initial Network Connection:
   • Once powered on, the clock will attempt to establish a network connection.
   • On your mobile phone or computer, open your Wi-Fi settings.
   • Look for a Wi-Fi network broadcasted by the clock (the network name may vary, but typically includes "Weather Clock" or similar).
   • Connect to this network. This connection is temporary and used only for initial setup.
   • Follow the on-screen prompts on your phone/computer to configure the clock to connect to your home Wi-Fi network. This will allow the clock to automatically update date, time, and weather information.
3. Placement: Position the clock in a location where it has a clear view of the room for accurate indoor temperature readings and can receive a stable Wi-Fi signal.

Note: This device does not include an internal battery. It requires continuous power via the Type-C cable to operate.
