5. Setup and Installation

The REBL Round High Bay LED Light offers flexible installation options. Always ensure power is disconnected before installation.

5.1. Hook or Pendant Mount Installation

This fixture is designed to be suspended when the supplied flip hook is flipped up and pendant mounted when the hook is flipped down. Connect the LED high bay wiring to line wire: black-to-black, white-to-white, and green-to-green.

5.2. Suspended & Pendant Installation Option (Wire Box)

For additional mounting flexibility, a wire box can be used. Remove plugs appropriate for your application and install liquid-tight connectors. Install the aluminum tube provided in the pre-pack on the bottom of the wire box and install onto the fixture. Feed the fixture power cord and dimming cord through the liquid-tight connectors on the bottom of the wire box. Remove the wire box cover (tethered to box with a safety cable). Hang the fixture and make wire connections inside the wire box using supplied port connectors. Bundle wires together inside the wire box or insert wires into the ports on top of the wire box. Install the wire box cover and tighten the four wire box cover screws until secure. Install four silicone rubber plugs into screw holes on the wire box after screws have been tightened.

5.3. Surface Mount Bracket (SMB) Installation

Remove four rubber plugs from the fixture housing holes. Install mounting bracket base onto the fixing house, aligning mounting holes with holes on the housing. Install provided mounting screws to attach Mounting Bracket bases to the fixture housing. Install surface mount bracket to mounting surface with suitable hardware (not provided) to support the full weight of the luminaire. Once the surface mount bracket is installed, align Mounting Bases with the mounting bracket and attach to the bracket with provided Hex bolts and lock washers. Connect the LED high bay wiring to line wire: black-to-black, white-to-white, and green-to-green.

6. Operating Instructions

The REBL Round High Bay LED Light features adjustable settings for optimal lighting control:

• Lumen Output Adjustment: Use the internal switch to select between 12,000, 15,000, or 18,000 lumens to match your specific lighting requirements.
• Color Temperature Selection: Use the internal switch to choose your desired white color temperature: 3500K (Warm White), 4000K (Cool White), or 5000K (Daylight).
• Dimming: The fixture is compatible with 0-10V dimming systems, allowing you to adjust brightness levels down to 10% for precise control.
