3. Setup
Before initial use, wash all removable parts (work bowl, cover, blades, discs, food pusher) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the motor base is unplugged from the power outlet.
Assembly Steps:
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Carefully place the work bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the front of the base. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks into place.
- Insert the desired blade or disc onto the center shaft within the work bowl. For the S-blade, ensure it clicks into the LiquiLock seal. For discs, place the detachable disc stem first, then the disc.
- Place the work bowl cover onto the work bowl, aligning the feed tube with the bowl handle. Rotate the cover clockwise until it locks securely. The processor will not operate unless the cover is properly locked.
- Insert the food pusher into the feed tube.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
Ensure the unit is properly assembled and plugged in before operation.
General Operation:
- Prepare ingredients by cutting them into pieces that fit comfortably into the feed tube.
- Add ingredients to the work bowl or through the feed tube, depending on the task. Do not overfill the bowl beyond the maximum fill line.
- Select the desired speed setting (if applicable) or use the ON/PULSE switch.
- For continuous operation, press the ON button. For controlled processing, use the PULSE button.
- When processing is complete, turn the unit OFF and wait for the blade/disc to stop completely before removing the cover.
- Carefully unlock and remove the cover, then the blade/disc, and finally the work bowl to empty contents.
Specific Functions:
- Chopping, Pureeing, Emulsifying: Use the S-blade. For chopping, use short pulses. For pureeing or emulsifying, run continuously until desired consistency is achieved. The LiquiLock seal prevents leaks when processing liquids.
- Grating, Shredding, Slicing: Use the appropriate disc. Place the disc on the disc stem. Add ingredients through the feed tube, using the food pusher for even results.
- Whipping: Use the whipping disc to whip heavy cream, egg whites, and similar ingredients.
