Battery Information & Charging
The charging compartment features a display number indicating charging status (flashing = charging, 100 = completed). Green icons also indicate charging status (flashing = charging, solid = completed).
- It takes approximately 6 hours to fully charge the charging compartment if connected with Bluetooth, and 10 hours if not.
- The charging compartment can recharge one hearing aid 4 times.
- Charging the Charging Case: It can be charged through the power adapter or a USB interface.
- Charging Hearing Aids: Place the hearing aids back into the charging case; they will automatically charge.
- If the hearing aid and charging case are not used for a long time, the battery self-discharge will cause the battery to be seriously insufficient. It should be charged, and the charging time should reach 12 hours. Even if the charging indicator shows that charging is complete, charging should not be stopped to guarantee 12 hours.
- During use, if the hearing aid volume becomes low or the hearing aid is not in use, the power should be turned off and charged. This will better protect the hearing aid battery.
- The hazards of excessive battery discharge will reduce the battery capacity and affect the battery life to varying degrees.
- When using AC power to charge, if the charging is over, unplug the power in time.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hearing aids, regular cleaning is essential. Use a soft cloth to clean the microphone, sound holes, and earbud surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
No Sound When Wearing
- Check whether the volume level is adjusted to suitable for your hearing.
- Check whether the hearing aid has power.
- If there is earwax in the ear canal, the earwax may block the sound of the hearing aid. Clean your ear canal.
Whistling (Sharp Sound)
Whistling is a common manifestation of normal hearing aid operation. It occurs when the hearing aid and ear canal are not completely matched, causing sound from the receiver to be received by the microphone again, forming a loop that continuously amplifies and produces whistling.

Image: A visual guide explaining possible causes and solutions for hearing aid whistling.
Possible Causes:
- Incorrect wearing: The earbud is not fully fitted in the ear canal.
- Mismatched earbud size: The earbud is too small or large, causing sound leakage.
- Earwax or foreign objects: Blockage in the ear canal causing abnormal sound reflection.
- Device aging or frequent drops: Loose internal components or microphone/speaker malfunction.
Solutions:
- Adjust the wearing method: Ensure the hearing aid is fully inserted and avoid touching the device.
- Try different earbud sizes (multiple sizes provided) for a better fit.
- Clean the hearing aid regularly: Use a soft cloth to clean the microphone, sound holes, and earbuds.
- Lower the volume: High volume can cause feedback noise; try reducing it.

21-Day Wear Chart: The Journey to Listening
Adapting to hearing aids is a gradual process. Unlike vision correction, your brain needs time to adjust to new sounds. This chart provides a general guide for your adaptation over the first three weeks.

Image: A visual chart outlining the recommended adaptation process for new hearing aid users over 21 days.
The First Week: Patient Adaptation
Some sounds may initially seem too noisy, such as the buzzing of the refrigerator or the rustling of paper. Your brain is relearning how to prioritize these sounds. Begin by wearing the hearing aid for 30 minutes a day, gradually increasing the wearing time until the whole day.
The Second Week: Exercise and Engagement
The more you wear the hearing aid, the more you can adapt to the sound environment. Listen carefully to songs or TV shows, and participate in conversations. You will find it easier to communicate with people without needing to ask them to repeat themselves.
The Third Week: Full Integration
After a few weeks, you will feel more energetic as you no longer need to spend effort on listening. The sound will become clearer and cleaner, and you will once again enjoy the sounds that surround you in your life, such as the melodious singing of birds or the cheerful laughter of children.
