3. Setup
3.1 Installing the TF Card
The JC261P supports TF cards up to 256GB. A 128GB TF card (FAT32 Speed Class 10) is recommended for optimal performance. Insert the TF card into the designated slot on the side of the dash camera until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

3.2 Mounting the Dash Camera
Attach the car mount to the dash camera and then securely affix it to your vehicle's windshield. Position the camera to ensure a clear view of the road ahead and the vehicle's interior. Ensure the mount is stable to prevent vibrations affecting video quality.
3.3 Hardwire Connection
For continuous power and advanced features like 24-hour parking monitoring and remote fuel cut-off, connect the included hardwire kit to your vehicle's fuse box. The kit supports 9V to 30V wide voltage, making it compatible with various vehicle types. Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper installation. Professional installation is recommended for the hardwire kit and relay to ensure correct and safe setup.

3.4 App Installation and Account Setup
Download the "LNCOON IOT" application from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and register your JC261P dash camera. This app is essential for live video monitoring, remote control, and accessing event videos.
4. Operation
4.1 Powering On and Off
Once connected to power, the dash camera will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts. It will power off automatically when the vehicle is turned off (if hardwired) or power supply is disconnected.
4.2 Loop Recording
The JC261P features 24-hour loop recording. When the TF card reaches its capacity, the oldest video files will be automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. It supports custom bitrate for improved recording efficiency.

4.3 Live Video Monitoring
Use the LNCOON IOT App or web platform to view live video streams from both the front and interior cameras. This feature allows you to monitor your vehicle remotely, listen to in-car conversations, and even use the mic to talk to passengers. Live video includes GPS, speed, date, and time watermarks.

4.4 Event Video and Cloud Sync
When the G-Sensor detects a collision or sudden event, the JC261P automatically locks the current video footage and uploads it to the cloud. These event videos are synchronized with the LNCOON IOT App and web platform, allowing you to receive push alerts and access the footage remotely. Each event alarm is accompanied by GPS positioning and automatically captured address information.

5. Advanced Features
5.1 ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems)
The JC261P's upgraded ADAS algorithm provides real-time alerts to enhance driving safety. It detects and warns drivers about:
- Distance Warning: Alerts if you are too close to the vehicle in front.
- Forward Collision Warning: Warns of potential frontal collisions.
- Off Lane Warning: Notifies if the vehicle deviates from its lane.
- Speeding Warning: Alerts when exceeding a set speed limit.
- Harsh Speed Up/Down: Detects sudden acceleration or deceleration.
- Fatigue Driving Warning: Prompts the driver to take a rest based on detected driving patterns.
These alerts are accompanied by voice prompts and are recorded with time, location, speed, and video playback for review.

These include Distance Warning, Forward Collision Warning, Off Lane Warning, Speeding Warning, Harsh Speed Up/Down, and Fatigue Driving Warning, all designed to improve driver safety.
5.2 Remote Fuel Cut-Off
In the event of vehicle theft, the JC261P allows for remote fuel cut-off. This feature can immobilize the vehicle when its speed is below 20 KM/H (12.43 MPH), preventing further escape. The fuel connection can be restored once the vehicle is recovered. This function requires the included relay to be properly installed by a qualified professional.

5.3 External SOS Key
The external SOS key provides an immediate way to call for help in emergencies. When pressed, it can trigger an alert to pre-set contacts or the monitoring platform, indicating a distress situation. This is useful for various scenarios, including passenger emergencies, car accidents, driver medical emergencies, or carjacking attempts.

6. Maintenance
- Clean Lenses: Regularly clean the front and interior camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the lenses.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect all cable connections (power, SOS key, etc.) to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
- Format TF Card: It is recommended to format the TF card every few weeks or months (depending on usage) to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption. Back up any important videos before formatting.
- Software Updates: Check the LNCOON IOT App or official website for any available firmware updates for your dash camera. Keeping the firmware updated ensures access to the latest features and bug fixes.
