4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or inserts from inside the oven.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the bake tray, air fryer basket, crumb tray, and wire racks with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
  3. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets that may be damaged by heat.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. First Use (Burn-Off): It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) on the 'Bake' setting. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions

General Controls:

  • Temperature Dial: Adjusts cooking temperature from 200°F to 450°F.
  • Function Dial: Selects the desired cooking mode (Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Toast, Reheat, Roast).
  • Timer Dial: Sets the cooking duration up to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.

  • Air Fry: Place food in the Air Fryer Basket. Select 'Air Fry' on the Function Dial, set desired temperature and time.
  • Bake: Use the Ceramic Coat Bake Tray or other oven-safe bakeware. Select 'Bake' on the Function Dial, set desired temperature and time.
  • Broil: Place food on a wire rack with the crumb tray underneath to catch drips. Select 'Broil' (Low 400°F / High 450°F) on the Function Dial, set desired time. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
  • Toast: Place bread or bagels directly on a wire rack. Select 'Toast' on the Function Dial (set to 450°F), set desired time based on preferred browning level.
  • Reheat: Place food on the Ceramic Coat Bake Tray or other oven-safe dish. Select 'Reheat' on the Function Dial, set desired temperature and time.
  • Roast: Place food on the Ceramic Coat Bake Tray or a wire rack with the crumb tray underneath. Select 'Roast' on the Function Dial, set desired temperature and time.

Steam Infusion:

To use the steam infusion feature, remove the cap on top of the oven and add 4-6 teaspoons of water into the designated reservoir. This feature is particularly useful for roasting vegetables or reviving stale bread, ensuring moist and flavorful results.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your Our Place Large Wonder Oven.

  • Crumb Tray: The Large Crumb Tray is designed to catch drips and crumbs. Slide it out from the bottom of the oven, empty, and wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before replacing.
  • Bake Tray, Air Fryer Basket, Wire Racks: These accessories are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. For stubborn food residue, soak in warm, soapy water before washing.

  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the oven in water.
