2. Safety Instructions
- Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
- Assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your GTRACING Ergonomic Office Chair. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
Step 1: Install the Base
Assemble the five-star base by attaching the legs to the central hub. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 2: Install Casters and Gas Lift
Insert the casters into the holes at the end of each base leg. Then, place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled base.

Step 3: Attach Mechanism and Footrest Rails to Seat
Place the seat cushion upside down on a stable surface (e.g., the packaging box). Attach the mechanism and footrest rails to the underside of the seat using the provided screws. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.

Step 4: Place Seat on Gas Lift
Carefully align the central hole of the seat mechanism with the top of the gas lift cylinder and gently lower the seat onto it. Apply slight downward pressure to secure it.

Step 5: Insert Footrest into Rails
Slide the footrest into the installed footrest rails. Adjust it until it pulls smoothly in and out.

Step 6: Install Connector on Backrest
Attach the metal connector bracket to the backrest using the designated screws. This bracket will connect the backrest to the seat mechanism.

Step 7: Install Backrest to Mechanism
Insert the connector on the backrest into the rear end of the seat mechanism. Secure it with the provided screws.

Step 8: Install Armrests
Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat and backrest using the appropriate screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.

Step 9: Install Headrest and Hanger
Attach the headrest to the top of the backrest. If applicable, install the hanger feature. Ensure all components are securely fastened.

5. Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards while applying or releasing body weight. Release the lever at the desired height.

Adjustable Lumbar Support
The lumbar support can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. Use the knob on the side of the backrest to move the lumbar support up/down and forward/back to fit your spine's natural curve.

Adjustable Headrest

Reclining Function and Footrest
To recline the backrest, pull the lever located under the left side of the seat. The chair supports a recline range of 90° to 145°. Extend the footrest from under the seat for added comfort when reclining.
