Operating Instructions
Always preheat the oven for best results, typically for 5-10 minutes, depending on the selected temperature and mode.
General Operation:
- Place food on the appropriate accessory (bake pan, wire rack, or air fry basket).
- Insert the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven.
- Close the oven door.
- Turn the Mode knob to select your desired cooking function.
- Turn the Temperature knob to set the desired cooking temperature.
- Turn the Timer knob to set the desired cooking time. The oven will begin heating.
- The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
Cooking Modes:
- Air Fry: Ideal for achieving crispy results with minimal oil. Use the Air Fry Basket. Recommended for fries, chicken wings, and vegetables.
- Bake: For traditional oven cooking. Use the Bake Pan or Wire Rack. Perfect for cakes, cookies, casseroles, and bread.
- Roast: For cooking meats and vegetables to tender perfection. Use the Bake Pan or Wire Rack.
- Toast: For toasting bread, bagels, and waffles. Use the Wire Rack. Adjust time for desired browning.
- Broil: For browning the top of dishes, melting cheese, or cooking thin cuts of meat. Place food on the Wire Rack closer to the top heating element. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
- Reheat: For warming up leftovers. Use the Bake Pan or Wire Rack.
Steam Infusion Technology:
To use the steam infusion feature, add 1-2 teaspoons of water into the designated reservoir on the top of the oven. This feature helps to refresh stale bread, reheat leftovers without drying them out, and can contribute to juicier cooking results.

- Never immerse the main oven unit, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
