6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully to jump start your vehicle:

2. Insert the blue plug of the smart jumper cables into the 12V smart jumper socket on the jump starter.
3. Connect the red (positive) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
4. Connect the black (negative) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
5. Once connected, the smart clamps' indicator light will show a solid green if the connection is correct and safe. If it shows red or flashes, check your connections.
6. Start your car engine.
7. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the clamps from the car battery, first the negative, then the positive.
8. Disconnect the smart jumper cables from the jump starter.
