1. Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical tools to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Read all instructions carefully before operating this table saw.
General Power Tool Safety
- Work Area Safety: Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use hearing protection when operating noisy tools. Dress properly; avoid loose clothing or jewelry that can get caught in moving parts. Do not overreach; keep proper footing and balance at all times.
Table Saw Specific Safety
- Blade Guard: Ensure the blade guard is always in place and functioning correctly before operation.
- Kickback Prevention: Use a push stick or push block for narrow cuts. Never stand directly in line with the saw blade.
- Material Support: Always support the workpiece adequately. Do not attempt to cut pieces that are too small to be safely controlled.
- Adjustments: Disconnect the power before making any adjustments to the saw blade, fence, or other components.
- Maintenance: Keep blades sharp and clean. Dull blades can cause kickback and strain the motor.

3. Setup and Assembly
Carefully unpack all components and ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly. Refer to the included parts list for verification.
3.1 Unpacking
- Remove the table saw and all accessories from the packaging.
- Inspect for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not operate the tool and contact customer support.
- Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
3.2 Stand Assembly
- Attach the four legs to the main table saw unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install the cross braces between the legs to provide stability. Tighten all fasteners.
3.3 Blade Installation (if not pre-installed)
- Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
- Remove the throat plate from the table.
- Using the appropriate wrench, loosen the arbor nut and remove the outer blade flange.
- Place the new blade onto the arbor, ensuring the teeth are pointing towards the front of the saw.
- Reinstall the outer blade flange and tighten the arbor nut securely.
- Replace the throat plate.
3.4 Guard and Fence Installation
- Attach the blade guard assembly over the saw blade, ensuring it moves freely and covers the blade effectively.
- Mount the rip fence to the front rail of the table, ensuring it slides smoothly and locks securely parallel to the blade.
4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with all controls before operating the table saw. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
4.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the saw, press the green 'ON' button.
- To turn off the saw, press the red 'OFF' button.
4.2 Adjusting Blade Height
The blade height adjustment wheel is typically located on the front of the saw. Rotate the wheel to raise or lower the blade. For most cuts, the blade should extend approximately 1/8 inch (3mm) above the workpiece.
4.3 Adjusting Blade Angle (Bevel Cuts)
The blade tilting range is 0°-45°. To adjust the blade angle for bevel cuts:
- Loosen the bevel lock knob, usually located on the front or side of the saw.
- Tilt the blade to the desired angle using the angle adjustment handle. Refer to the angle scale for precision.
- Tighten the bevel lock knob securely before making a cut.

Figure 4.1: The control panel allows for easy multi-angle adjustment, enabling precise bevel cuts up to 45 degrees.
4.4 Using the Rip Fence
The rip fence is used for making parallel cuts along the length of a workpiece. Position the fence to the desired width from the blade and lock it securely. Ensure the fence is parallel to the blade to prevent binding and kickback.
4.5 Using the Push Plate (Miter Gauge)
The 0-120° push plate (miter gauge) is used for cross-cutting and making angled cuts across the width of a workpiece. Insert it into the miter slot on the table. Adjust the angle as needed and secure it. Always use the push plate for short or narrow pieces to keep hands away from the blade.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your INGCO Table Saw. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Cleaning
- After each use, clean sawdust and debris from the table, blade guard, and motor housing using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
- Wipe down metal surfaces with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage finishes.
5.2 Blade Replacement
Replace the saw blade when it becomes dull or damaged. Follow the blade installation steps outlined in Section 3.3. Always use blades of the correct size and type (254mm x 16mm) for your table saw.
5.3 Motor Care
Ensure the motor's ventilation openings are kept clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating. Do not attempt to lubricate internal motor components.
