Setup and Installation

Tools Required

• Plumber's Tape
• Towel (optional, for existing shower arm cleanup)

Installation Steps

1. Prepare the Shower Arm: Clean the existing shower arm threads to remove any old material.
2. Apply Plumber's Tape (Optional): If desired, wrap plumber's tape clockwise around the threads of the shower arm. Ensure the tape stays within the threads to prevent water flow obstruction.
3. Attach the New Shower Head: Hand-tighten the new Delta In2ition shower head onto the shower arm by turning it clockwise. Do not use a wrench or pliers for this step to avoid damage.
4. Check for Leaks: Turn on the water supply and inspect all connections for any leaks.

Maintenance

Cleaning Touch-Clean Spray Holes

The Delta In2ition shower head features soft rubber Touch-Clean spray holes. To remove mineral residue and maintain optimal spray performance, simply wipe away any buildup with your finger or a soft cloth. No soaking or chemical cleaners are typically required.

Finish Care

The Matte Black finish is corrosion-resistant and designed to withstand corrosive environments. To clean the finish, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishing agents, as these can damage the finish and void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Delta In2ition shower head, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Low Water Pressure: Ensure the water supply is fully open. Check for any clogs in the shower head or hose, and clean the spray holes as described in the Maintenance section.
• Leaks at Connection: Verify that the shower head is hand-tightened securely to the shower arm. If plumber's tape was used, ensure it was applied correctly within the threads.
• Hand Shower Not Docking Securely: Ensure no debris is obstructing the magnetic docking mechanism.
