Setup
1. Initial Charging

2. Pairing Your Earbuds

- Open the charging case with the Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds inside, and hold it near your unlocked iOS device.
- A setup animation will appear on your device. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
- Once paired, the Powerbeats Pro 2 will automatically switch between your iCloud-connected devices.
For Android Devices
- Download the Beats app from the Google Play Store.
- Enable Bluetooth on your Android device.
- Open the charging case with the Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds inside.
- Open the Beats app and follow the on-screen instructions for one-touch pairing.
- The app also provides access to Heart Rate Monitoring, customizable controls, battery status widgets, and "Locate My Beats" functionality.
3. Achieving the Perfect Fit
A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality, noise cancellation, and heart rate monitoring accuracy. The Powerbeats Pro 2 come with five ear tip sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) to ensure a personalized fit.
- Find your ear tip size: Experiment with different ear tip sizes. The medium size is pre-installed. Try one size up or down to find the best seal.
- Secure the earhook: Place the earbud in your ear and rotate the earhook toward the back of your ear until it feels secure and comfortable. The earhook is reinforced with a nickel titanium alloy for flexibility and grip.
- Take the Fit Test: For iOS users, use the Ear Tip Fit Test available in Bluetooth settings. For Android users, use the Beats app to perform the fit test. This will help confirm you have the best seal for sound and ANC performance.
