  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer.
  2. Clean Components: Wash the air fryer basket and crisper rack thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely. The basket and rack are dishwasher safe.
  3. Wipe Main Unit: Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

4.1 General Operation

  1. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
  2. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overfill. For best results, food should be in a single layer or shaken periodically.
  3. Insert Basket: Slide the air fryer basket firmly into the main unit until it clicks into place.
  4. Power On: Plug the air fryer into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel will illuminate.
  5. Select Function: Use the touch control panel to select one of the 12 preset functions (e.g., Air Fry, Roast, Chicken). Alternatively, manually set the temperature and time using the "Time/Temp" button and the +/- controls.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the "Start/Cancel" button to begin the cooking cycle.
  7. Monitor Progress: Utilize the built-in viewing window to check on your food without interrupting the cooking process.
  8. Shake/Flip (Optional): For even cooking, especially with smaller items like fries or wings, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time, shake or flip the food, and then reinsert the basket. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
