Setup
1. Power Supply Options
The Solareye Wildlife Camera offers multiple power options:
- Built-in 5000mAh Lithium Battery: Powers the camera via the external solar panel.
- USB-C Rechargeable: The camera can be recharged using the included USB-C cable.
- 4 AA Batteries (Not Included): Can be used as an emergency power supply.

2. SD Card Installation
Insert the included 32GB SD card into the designated slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly until it clicks into place.
3. Mounting the Camera
Use the provided mounting strap or brackets to secure the camera and solar panel to a tree or other suitable surface. Position the solar panel to receive maximum sunlight for continuous charging.

Operating Instructions
Camera Modes
- OFF: Camera is powered off.
- TEST: The screen lights up, allowing you to set the operating mode, parameters, and other settings.
- ON: Wait 10 seconds for the screen to turn off and the camera to switch to motion detection mode.
Note: For first-time use, switch to TEST mode to set camera parameters, operating time, video/photo resolution, and other settings. Then switch to ON mode for the camera to enter motion detection mode and the screen to turn off.
App Connectivity (Trailcam Go App)
The Solareye Wildlife Camera offers remote access via the "Trailcam Go" app. Follow these steps to connect:
- Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Switch the camera's power switch to ON.
- Download the "Trailcam Go" app and follow the connection instructions.
- Click on "Settings" to configure the wildlife camera.
- Go to "Album" to view and download videos/photos.
Important Note: The camera connects directly via its integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It does not support connection to home routers. The effective Wi-Fi range is up to 15 meters (50 feet).
