Setup Guide

1. Charging Your Earbuds

Before first use, fully charge your Oraimo SpaceBuds Neo. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the Type-C charging cable to the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 30 hours of total playtime with the charging case.

2. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the charging case has power.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the Welcome Guide for specific reset instructions).
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again. Ensure they are properly charged.
• Charging case not charging: Verify the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the ear tips are properly sealed in your ear canal. Try different sized ear tips for a better fit. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Connection drops frequently: Ensure your device is within the effective Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters/33 feet) and there are no significant obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
