Operating Instructions
Before juicing, wash all fruits and vegetables. For best results, cut larger items into pieces that fit comfortably into the feed chute, though the 4.72-inch wide chute accommodates many whole fruits.
- Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the juice cup and pulp container are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the juicer ON using the control switch.
- Gradually feed fruits and vegetables into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients. Do not force ingredients.
- Allow the juicer to process the ingredients completely before adding more.
- If the juicer becomes clogged, switch to the "Reverse" function for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
- Once juicing is complete, turn the juicer OFF and unplug it from the outlet.
- Remove the juice cup and pulp container.

- Use the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the strainer, especially the fine mesh, to remove any pulp residue. The dual-layer filter can be separated for easier cleaning.
- Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Juicer does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
- Verify that all parts are correctly assembled and locked into place, especially the lid, to engage the safety sensor.
- Juicer stops during operation or jams:
- Too much produce may have been fed at once. Turn the juicer OFF, then use the "Reverse" function for a few seconds to clear the blockage.
- Hard ingredients (e.g., large seeds, frozen fruit) may be causing a jam. Disassemble and remove the obstruction. Avoid juicing such items.
- Low juice yield or excessive pulp in juice:
- Ensure the strainer is clean and free of blockages. A clogged strainer can reduce efficiency.
- Some softer fruits may naturally produce more pulp.
- Loud noise or vibration:
- Check that all components are correctly assembled and securely locked.
- Ensure the juicer is on a stable, flat surface.
