Setup

1. Battery Installation

The safe requires 4 AAA batteries for operation. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside or rear of the unit. Insert the batteries, paying attention to the positive and negative terminals. The safe can also be powered via the included power adapter.

2. Setting Passwords and Fingerprints

To set up your access methods:

  1. Open the safe using the mechanical key for initial access.
  2. Locate the 'PROGRAM' button inside the safe's drawer.
  3. For PIN Code: Press the 'PROGRAM' button, then enter your desired 4-8 digit PIN on the keypad, and press 'PROGRAM' again to confirm.
  4. For Fingerprint: Press the 'PROGRAM' button, then place your finger on the fingerprint scanner. Lift and place your finger multiple times (typically 3-5 times) from different angles until the scanner light indicates successful registration. The safe supports up to 100 fingerprints.

3. Security Cable Installation

To secure your safe to a fixed object, use the provided steel security cable. Loop one end of the cable around a sturdy object (e.g., bed frame, desk leg). Insert the other end of the cable into the designated slot on the back of the safe. Close the safe drawer to lock the cable in place, preventing unauthorized removal of the safe.

Operating

1. Accessing the Safe

  • Biometric Access: Place a registered finger on the scanner for instant 0.5-second access.
  • PIN Code Access: Enter your registered PIN code on the keypad.
  • Key Access: Use one of the provided mechanical keys as a backup access method.

2. LED Display Features

The front LED display provides real-time information:

  • Current Time: Displays the time, which can also function as an alarm clock.
  • Humidity & Temperature: Shows the ambient humidity and temperature inside the safe.
  • Battery Level: Indicates the current battery status.
  • Lock Status: Shows if the safe is locked or unlocked.

3. Wireless Charging

The top surface of the safe features a wireless charging pad. Simply place your compatible smartphone, smartwatch, or earbuds on the charging area. Ensure the device is properly aligned for efficient charging. Note: Thick phone cases (over 2.5mm) or those containing metal may interfere with wireless charging.

Maintenance

  • Regularly check battery levels and replace AAA batteries as needed to ensure continuous operation.
