Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging. Place it upright on a flat, stable surface.
- Positioning: Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation, typically at least 4 inches from walls.
- Install Water Bottle: Open the bottom cabinet door. Slide a 3- or 5-gallon water bottle into the compartment. Ensure the water probe is securely inserted into the bottle. Close the cabinet door.

- Initial Priming: Before plugging in the unit, dispense water from all three spigots (hot, room, cold) until water flows steadily. This removes air from the tanks.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the switches on the back of the unit. The green switch controls the cold water function, and the red switch controls the hot water function. Turn them ON as desired.

- Wait for Temperature: Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the water to reach optimal hot and cold temperatures.
Operating Instructions
Dispensing Water
The dispenser offers three temperature options: hot, cold, and room temperature.

- Cold Water: Place your cup under the cold water spigot and press the corresponding button.
- Room Temperature Water: Place your cup under the room temperature water spigot and press the corresponding button.
- Hot Water: This spigot is equipped with a child safety lock. To dispense hot water, slide the safety lock mechanism while simultaneously pressing the hot water button.
Child Safety Lock
The child safety lock on the hot water spigot requires a two-step action to dispense hot water, preventing accidental burns.

Empty Bottle Alert
The LED display includes an 'EMPTY' indicator light. This light will illuminate when the water bottle in the bottom compartment is low or empty, signaling that it needs to be replaced.
Maintenance
UV Self-Cleaning Feature
The water cooler is equipped with a UV self-cleaning system. The UV light operates continuously when the machine is plugged in, helping to prevent the growth of biofilm and other natural contaminants within the water tanks and lines. This automatic process minimizes maintenance requirements and contributes to improved water taste.

General Cleaning
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Drip Tray: The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
- Condenser Coils: Periodically clean the condenser coils on the back of the unit with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient operation.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your water cooler, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
