The package includes the main table saw unit, a power adapter, a screwdriver, Allen wrenches, and a variety of attachments for different functions.

2.2 Saw Blades and Their Applications

The Saker Mini Multi-Functional Table Saw comes with 4 different types of circular saw blades, each designed for specific cutting needs. The saw blade size is 63 millimeters in diameter with a 16-millimeter inner hole. Larger saw blades are not supported.

2.3 Flexible Shaft and Drill Chucks

The saw also includes a soft shaft that can hold drilling heads with shank diameters of 0.5-3.2mm, expanding its functionality beyond just cutting to include sanding, engraving, and other fine manual work.

3. Setup

Before operating the Saker Mini Multi-Functional Table Saw, ensure it is properly set up and all components are securely in place.

3.1 Initial Placement and Power Connection

  1. Place the table saw on a stable, flat, and clean surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are firmly gripping the surface.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the saw's power input port.
  3. Ensure the power switch on the saw is in the 'OFF' position before plugging the adapter into a standard 120 Volts (AC) electrical outlet.

3.2 Saw Blade Installation and Replacement

  1. Locate the saw blade installation position on the saw.
  2. Use your thumb and index finger to loosen the screw that secures the blade clamp.
  3. Remove the screw and the saw blade clamp.
  4. Carefully put the desired saw blade in from above, ensuring it aligns with the motor shaft.
  5. Install the saw blade clamp back into position, securing the blade.
  6. Tighten the screws with an Allen wrench to fix the blade securely.

4. Operating Instructions

The Saker Mini Multi-Functional Table Saw is designed for precise and efficient cutting, sanding, and engraving tasks. Always ensure proper safety measures are in place before operation.

4.1 Powering On and Speed Adjustment

The saw features 7 adjustable speed settings, allowing you to select the optimal speed for different materials and tasks.

  1. Once the saw is plugged in, turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
  2. Locate the speed adjustment button on the power adapter.
  3. Press the button to cycle through the 7 available speed settings (up to 6000 RPM), selecting the appropriate speed for your material.

4.2 Cutting Operations

The saw is compatible with materials such as PCB boards, wooden sticks, plastic sheets, thin wooden boards, cans, copper-clad panels, aluminum tubes, and copper tubes.

  1. Select the appropriate saw blade for your material (refer to Section 2.2).
  2. Place the material firmly against the saw's panel, aligning it with the clear markings for accurate cuts.
  3. Slowly and steadily feed the material into the rotating blade. Do not force the material.

4.3 Adjustable Cutting Angle

The cutting angle can be adjusted from 0° to 90°, with a sawing depth of 16 mm, allowing for versatile cuts.

  2. Adjust the cutting guide to the desired angle, aligning it with the markings on the panel.
  3. Tighten the angle adjustment knob to secure the guide in place.

4.4 Using the Flexible Shaft for Sanding and Engraving

Attach the flexible shaft to the designated port on the saw. Select the appropriate grinding head (0.5-3.2mm shank diameter) and insert it into the flexible shaft's chuck. Use the flexible shaft for detailed sanding, polishing, or engraving tasks on various materials.
