Setup

Powering the Clock

The mooas Automatic Mini Flip Clock is powered by a built-in 2,600mAh rechargeable battery. It can also use one D-type battery (not included) for extended operation, with an average lifespan of about 5 months.

Charging

To charge the internal battery, connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the clock's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). A full charge takes approximately 5.5 to 7 hours and provides about 1 year of wireless usage. A low battery message will be displayed when the battery level drops below 10%.

Operating Instructions

The clock features a setting dial and several function buttons for easy operation.

1. Clock Mode Setting

1. Press the Clock button to enter Clock mode.
2. Press the setting dial button to enter the setting mode.
3. Turn the dial to set the hour, then press the dial button to switch to minute setting mode.
4. Turn the dial to set the minute.

2. Alarm Mode Setting

1. Press the Alarm button to enter Alarm mode.
2. Press the setting dial button to enter the setting mode.
3. Turn the dial to set the hour, then press the dial button to enter minute setting mode.
4. Turn the dial to set the minute.
5. When the alarm rings, press any button to stop the alarm.
6. Snooze Function: Press the dial button twice to activate snooze, which repeats every 9 minutes.

3. Timer Mode Setting

1. Press the Timer button to enter Timer mode.
2. Press the setting dial button to start the countdown timer.
3. Pause Timer: Press the dial button to pause the timer.
4. Reset Timer: Press the dial button twice to reset the timer.

Note: The display format changes when the countdown exceeds 30 minutes.

4. Calendar Mode Setting

1. Press the Calendar button to enter Calendar mode.
2. Turn the setting dial and press the button to enter the year setting mode.
3. Turn the setting dial to adjust the last two digits of the year.
4. Month Setting: Press the button to enter the month setting mode, then turn the dial to set the month.
5. Date Setting: Press the button to enter the date setting mode, then turn the dial to set the date.

Note: The first two digits of the year are fixed as '20'.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the clock, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.

Handling Detached Number Plates

During shipping or handling, the number plates may sometimes become detached. In this case, gently bend the detached number plate and insert it into both holes to reattach it properly.

Troubleshooting

• Clock not flipping: Ensure the battery is charged or a fresh D-type battery is installed. Check that no debris is obstructing the flip mechanism.
• Incorrect time display: Follow the 'Clock Mode Setting' instructions to reset the time.
• Alarm not sounding: Verify the alarm is set correctly and the volume is audible.
