Setup and Installation

1. Mounting the Display

The Krunia RC11 offers two primary mounting options: a suction cup bracket for flexible positioning and an adhesive bracket for a more permanent setup.

Suction Cup Bracket Installation:

1. Clean the dashboard surface thoroughly before installation.
2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive gasket and stick it onto the dashboard. Wait 24 hours before use to ensure strong adhesion.
3. Remove the protective film from the suction cup.
4. Attach the suction cup to the dashboard and press the lever to lock it in place.
5. Align the device with the clasp and attach it to the bracket.

Adhesive Bracket Installation:

1. Clean the dashboard surface before installation.
2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive base and stick it onto the dashboard. Wait 24 hours before use.
3. Align the device with the clasp and attach it to the bracket.

2. Power Connection

Connect the provided car charger to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and the other end to the Krunia display. The device will power on automatically.

3. Rear Camera Installation

The included rear camera enhances safety by providing a clear view when reversing. For automatic activation, the camera must be wired correctly.

1. Mount the rear camera at the back of your vehicle, ensuring a clear view.
2. Connect the camera cable to the display's AV IN port.
3. Locate your vehicle's reverse light wiring. Connect the red trigger wire from the camera cable to the positive wire of your reverse light bulb. This connection enables the display to automatically switch to the camera view when the vehicle is in reverse gear.
4. Secure all wiring using the provided wire clips.

Operating Instructions

1. Wireless Apple CarPlay Connection

To connect your iPhone to the Krunia display via wireless CarPlay:

1. On the Krunia display, switch to CarPlay mode.
2. On your iPhone, turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. (Note: Wi-Fi only needs to be enabled, no connection required).
3. In your iPhone's Bluetooth settings, select the device name (e.g., "T86B-xxxx") to pair.
4. Confirm the pairing request on both devices.
5. Select "Use CarPlay" on your iPhone when prompted.
6. Connection successful.

Note:

• Your iPhone must be running iOS 9 or later.
• Ensure the device's microphone is on and Siri is enabled on your iPhone to use the voice assistant.

2. Wireless Android Auto Connection

To connect your Android phone to the Krunia display via wireless Android Auto:

1. On the Krunia display, switch to Android Auto mode.
2. On your Android phone, turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Ensure the latest Android Auto app is installed.
3. In your phone's Bluetooth settings, select the device name (e.g., "T86B-xxxx") for connection, pair, and connect.
4. Connection successful.

Note:

• Any phone running Android 11.0 or newer is supported.
• Google or Samsung phones running Android 10 or newer are supported.

3. Wireless Screen Mirroring

The Krunia display supports wireless screen mirroring for both Apple (AirPlay) and Android (Super Link) devices.

AirPlay Mirror Link (for iPhone):

1. On the Krunia display, switch to AirPlay mode.
2. On your iPhone, turn on Wi-Fi and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "AIRPLAY-XXXXXX".
3. Turn on Screen Mirroring on your iPhone and select the Krunia device.
4. Connection successful.

Super Link Connection (for Android):

1. On the Krunia display, switch to "Super Link (Android)" mode.
2. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen to download the "EveLink" app, or download it from your app store.
3. Turn on Wi-Fi on your Android phone.
4. Open the EveLink app and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "EVELINK-XXXXXX".
5. Connection successful.

4. Voice Control

Utilize voice commands for hands-free operation of navigation, calls, and music. This feature is active when connected via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

• Apple CarPlay: Use "Hey Siri" to activate voice commands.
• Android Auto: Use "Hey Google" to activate voice commands.

5. Audio Output Options

The Krunia display offers multiple ways to transmit audio to your car's speakers:

• Its Own Speakers: The device has built-in speakers for direct audio output.
• AUX to Car Speakers: Connect the provided AUX audio cable from the display to your car's AUX input.
• Bluetooth to Car Speakers: Pair the Krunia display with your car's Bluetooth system.
• FM Transmission to Car Speakers: Tune your car's FM radio to an unused frequency, then set the Krunia display to transmit audio on the same frequency.

6. Display Settings

Customize your viewing experience with adjustable brightness and a smart screensaver mode.

• Adjustable Brightness: Tailor the screen brightness to your preference manually.
• Time-based Brightness Settings: Automatically adjust brightness levels for different times of the day.
• Smart Screensaver Mode: The screen automatically dims after a set time to conserve power and minimize distractions. It can be reactivated instantly with a simple touch.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
• Temperature: Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures outside its operating range (-4°F to 158°F / -20°C to 70°C) for extended periods.
