4.2 Optimal Performance Guidelines

  • Line-of-Sight: For best performance, maintain a clear line-of-sight between the transmitter and receiver. The system offers a range of 160-200 feet under ideal conditions.
  • Avoid Obstacles: Metal objects, walls, and other physical barriers can interfere with the wireless signal. Position the receiver away from such obstructions.
  • Antenna Orientation: Ensure the receiver's antenna is positioned vertically and unobstructed for optimal signal reception.
  • Digital Circuitry: The 48kHz/24Bit digital circuitry ensures pure sound with minimal signal loss and negligible 2.5ms delay.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable performance of your Phenyx Pro wireless microphone system.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the receiver and transmitter. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the components.
  • Microphone Care: Gently clean microphone windscreens if they become dirty. Avoid exposing the microphone capsules to moisture.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid completely discharging the batteries regularly. Recharge them when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the system for an extended period, charge the batteries to approximately 50% every few months.
  • Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
