• The car seat is designed for infants weighing 4 to 30 pounds and up to 29.5 inches in height.
• Always ensure the car seat is properly installed in your vehicle using either the LATCH system or the vehicle's seat belt, and verify the recline angle with the bubble level indicator.
• The car seat handle should be in the anti-rebound position when installed in a vehicle to help prevent rotation during a collision.
• Avoid jogging with infants under 6 months of age. Consult your pediatrician before jogging with older infants.
• Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by Baby Trend.

Setup Instructions

Stroller Assembly

1. Unfolding the Stroller: Release the folding latch and unfold the stroller until it clicks into the fully open position. Ensure all frame locks are engaged.
2. Attaching Wheels: Attach the front and rear wheels. Ensure they are securely fastened. The all-terrain bicycle tires are designed for a smooth ride.
3. Installing Parent Tray: Snap the parent tray onto the stroller handle. This tray includes two cup holders and a center console for convenient storage.
4. Installing Child Tray: Attach the child tray to the front of the stroller seat. This tray features cup holders and snack areas.

Car Seat Installation

1. Base Installation: Install the infant car seat base in your vehicle using either the LATCH connectors or the vehicle's seat belt. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for specific LATCH anchor locations.
2. Leveling: Use the bubble level indicator on the car seat base to ensure the correct recline angle for your infant. Adjust as necessary.
3. Car Seat Placement: Place the EZ-Lift Infant Car Seat onto the installed base. Listen for a click to confirm it is securely latched.
4. Anti-Rebound Bar: The car seat's carrying handle can be rotated forward to act as an anti-rebound bar, which helps limit rotation of the seat in the event of a rear collision. Ensure it is in this position when the car seat is installed in the vehicle.
5. Harness Adjustment: Adjust the 5-point safety harness to fit your child snugly. The no-twist harness indicator helps ensure straps are correctly positioned.

Operating Instructions

Stroller Operation

• Reclining Seat: The stroller features a multi-position reclining seat for your child's comfort. Adjust the recline strap or lever located behind the seat.
• Canopy Adjustment: The large, ratcheting canopy shields your child from sunlight and other elements. Adjust its position as needed. It also includes a peek-a-boo window for easy viewing of your child.
• Lockable Front Swivel Wheel: For enhanced maneuverability, the front wheel can swivel. For jogging or rougher terrain, lock the front wheel in a fixed forward position.
• Storage: Utilize the extra-large storage basket located under the seat for essentials. The parent tray offers additional storage and cup holders.
• Folding the Stroller: For compact storage, the stroller features an easy push-button fold mechanism. Follow the instructions in the manual for safe folding.

Car Seat Operation

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Fabric Care: The fabric components of both the stroller and car seat are made from 100% Polyester. For cleaning, machine wash according to the care instructions label.
• Frame Care: Wipe the metal and plastic frame components with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Tire Care: The rubber tires can be cleaned with water and a brush. Ensure tires are properly inflated as per markings.

Storage

Troubleshooting

• Stroller not unfolding/folding smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure all latches are properly disengaged or engaged.

• Car seat not latching into base/stroller: Verify that the car seat and base/stroller connectors are aligned correctly. Apply firm, even pressure until a click is heard. Check for any obstructions.
