1. Introduction

Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to set up your Facelle Stand Mixer:

  1. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure the non-slip suction cups on the base are firmly attached to the surface.

  3. Attaching the Mixing Bowl: Lift the tilt-head by pressing the release button. Place the 6QT stainless steel bowl onto the base, aligning the tabs on the bowl with the slots on the base. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.

  5. Installing an Attachment: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip). Insert the attachment shaft into the attachment port on the underside of the tilt-head. Rotate the attachment counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.

  7. Lowering the Tilt-Head: Press the tilt-head release button again and gently lower the head until it locks into the operating position.

  9. Attaching the Splash Guard: If desired, attach the splash guard to the top of the mixing bowl. The ingredient chute allows for easy addition of ingredients during mixing.

4. Operating Instructions

Using the Mixer

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
  2. Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Turn the speed control knob to the desired setting. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
  4. For quick bursts of power, use the Pulse (P) setting.

  7. When finished, turn the speed control knob to the '0' (off) position and unplug the mixer.
  8. Press the tilt-head release button to lift the head and remove the attachment and mixing bowl.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
  • Attachments and Bowl: The dough hook, flat beater, wire whip, and stainless steel mixing bowl are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  • Splash Guard and Scraper: Wash with warm, soapy water or place in the dishwasher.
