Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for proper installation and initial use of your aquarium bubble light.
- Initial Soak: Before first use, soak the fish tank LED light air bubbler in water for 2 hours. This prepares the air stone for optimal bubble production.
- Connect Air Tubing: Connect the provided air tubing to both L-ports of the bubble light.
- Connect to Air Pump: Connect the other end of the air tubing to an external air pump (not included). Ensure the air pump is rated 5W or higher for optimal performance. If using a Y-shaped connector, connect both air tubes from the light to the Y-connector, then a single tube from the Y-connector to the air pump.
- Position in Tank: Place the bubble light flat on the bottom of your fish tank. Its self-sinking design eliminates the need for suction cups.
- Power Connection: Connect the DC power adapter to the light and then plug it into a power outlet.
Important Note:
- An air pump is required for bubble generation and is not included with this product.
- If the air pump is placed below the water level of the tank, a check valve (not included) must be used to prevent water backflow into the pump.
