Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and effective use of the product.
2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Work Area Safety: Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
- Electrical Safety: Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling, or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection (safety glasses), ear protection, and a dust mask when operating the sander. Ensure proper footing and balance at all times. Do not overreach. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed. Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
- Dust Collection: The integrated vacuum dust collector is designed to minimize airborne dust. Ensure the dust collection bag is properly attached and emptied regularly for optimal performance and safety.

4. Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your drywall sander:
- Attach the Dust Hose: Connect one end of the dust hose to the dust port on the sander head. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Connect the Dust Collection Bag: Attach the other end of the dust hose to the inlet of the dust collection bag. Make sure the connection is tight to prevent dust leakage.
- Extend the Handle: The sander features an extendable handle. Loosen the locking mechanism on the handle, extend it to your desired length (5.1ft-6.5ft), and then tighten the locking mechanism to secure it.
- Install Sanding Disc: Align the holes on the sanding disc with the holes on the sanding pad. Press the disc firmly onto the hook-and-loop surface of the pad. Ensure the diamond-coated connectors are properly engaged to prevent slippage.

5. Operation
Before operating, ensure all safety precautions are followed and the sander is properly assembled.
- Power On/Off: Plug the sander into a suitable power outlet. Use the power switch to turn the unit on or off.
- Variable Speed Control: The sander features 5 variable speeds (800-1900 RPM). Adjust the speed according to the material and desired finish. Lower speeds (800 RPM) are suitable for delicate surfaces, medium speeds (1400 RPM) for popcorn texture removal, and higher speeds (1900 RPM) for rapid material stripping.
- LED Lights: Activate the built-in dual LED lights to illuminate dimly lit work areas, enhancing visibility and precision, especially when sanding ceilings, corners, and edges.
- Sanding Technique: Apply even, moderate pressure to the sanding head. Move the sander in smooth, overlapping passes. Avoid excessive pressure, which can damage the surface or the sander.
- Corner Sanding: The removable edge on the sanding head allows for easier access and sanding in corners.
- Ceiling Sanding: Utilize the extendable handle for reaching ceilings without the need for ladders. The anti-vibration grip helps reduce fatigue during extended use.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool.
- Cleaning: After each use, unplug the sander and clean any dust or debris from the sanding pad, dust port, and motor vents. Use a dry cloth or soft brush.
- Empty Dust Bag: Regularly empty the dust collection bag to maintain effective dust extraction.
- Sanding Disc Replacement: Replace sanding discs when they become worn or lose their abrasive quality. Ensure the new disc is properly aligned and secured.
- Carbon Brush Replacement: Periodically check the carbon brushes for wear. Replace them when they are worn down to approximately 1/4 inch (6mm) or less. Refer to the diagram for the carbon brush access points.
- Storage: Store the sander in its carry bag in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
