2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the Nuwave Combi Steam Oven and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
4.2 Placement
Place the oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets that may be damaged by heat or steam. The product dimensions are 14.75"D x 13.88"W x 14.88"H.
4.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wipe down the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (Air Fry Basket, Stainless Steel Tray, Heavy-Duty Cooking Rack, Drip Tray, Water Tank & Lid) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing them back into the oven.
4.4 Filling the Water Tank
The oven features a detachable water tank for steam functions. To fill:
- Locate the water tank on the side of the oven.
- Carefully pull out the water tank.
- Open the lid and fill the tank with distilled or filtered water up to the MAX fill line. The tank capacity is 33 oz.
- Close the lid securely and reinsert the water tank into its slot until it clicks into place.
A low water warning will alert you when the tank needs refilling during operation.

The 16-quart capacity is designed for family-sized meals. Examples of capacity include:
