Storage
When not in use, store your Rokid AR Joy Pack 2 components in the hard protective carrying case to prevent scratches and damage.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- No Sound on Apple TV (EAC3 Audio Format): The Rokid Station does not support content in the EAC3 audio format, which can result in no sound on Apple TV. To resolve this, go to Plex Client Settings, select "Optical" (not the default "HDMI") in "Passthrough," and then set "Optical Encodings" to "DTS" only (uncheck "AC3"). This should enable sound for videos with EAC3 format.
- Fuzzy or Unclear Display: Ensure all protective films have been removed from both the outer and inner lenses of the AR glasses. Adjust the diopter dials for your specific vision needs.
- Connectivity Issues: Verify that your device supports USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode for direct connection. If not, consider using a Rokid Hub or an HDMI adapter for compatibility.
