4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the small end of the included USB-C cable to the camera's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the large end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off.
  4. Charging can be done without removing the battery.

4.2. Inserting a Memory Card (Not included with this variant)

This camera requires a microSD card (up to 128GB, Class 10 or higher recommended) to store photos and videos. This specific product variant does not include a memory card.

  1. Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Insert the microSD card with the metal contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, gently push the card in until it clicks, then release, and it will eject.

4.3. Initial Power On and Date/Time Setting

  1. Press and hold the Power button to turn on the camera.
  2. Upon first use, you may be prompted to set the date and time. Use the navigation buttons to adjust the values and the OK button to confirm.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button again.

5.2. Taking Photos

  1. Ensure the camera is in Photo mode. If not, press the Mode button to switch.
  2. Frame your shot using the LCD screen.
  3. Use the W/T buttons to adjust the 16x digital zoom.
  4. Press the Shutter button (usually the OK button or a dedicated button on top) to take a photo.

5.3. Recording Videos

  1. Press the Mode button to switch to Video mode.
  2. Frame your subject.
  3. Press the OK button to start recording. A red indicator will typically appear on the screen.
  4. Press the OK button again to stop recording.

5.4. Using Digital Zoom

The camera features a 16x digital zoom. Use the 'T' button to zoom in and the 'W' button to zoom out. Note that digital zoom may reduce image quality compared to optical zoom.

5.5. Fill Light

The built-in fill light can be activated in low-light conditions to brighten your subjects. Refer to the camera's menu settings to enable or disable the fill light.

5.6. Playback and Deleting Media

  1. Press the Mode button to enter Playback mode.
  2. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through your photos and videos.
  3. To delete a file, select it and press the Menu button. Choose the 'Delete' option and confirm.

5.7. Connecting to a Computer

  1. Connect the camera to your computer using the USB-C cable.
  2. The camera should appear as a removable disk drive on your computer.
  3. You can then transfer photos and videos to your computer.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Camera

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the camera body.
