1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, and maintenance of your Oryxearth 105CC 4-Stroke Gas Powered Mini Bike. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the mini bike to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

The Oryxearth 105CC 4-Stroke Mini Bike is designed for off-road use by individuals aged 8 and up, with a recommended height of 4.27FT-5.9FT and a maximum weight capacity of 185 LBS. It features a powerful 3.5HP 105CC 4-stroke OHV engine, automatic clutch drive system, 14.5-inch all-terrain tires, and a rear disc brake for reliable stopping power.

2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unboxing

Carefully open the packaging. Use a knife to slice through the tape sealing the outer box. Remove the top foam packaging and lift the mini bike out of the box. Check the package contents against the parts list in your included manual to ensure nothing is missing.

3.2 Front Fork and Handlebar Assembly

Tools required: 12mm, 15mm, 10mm, and 13mm wrenches, and a hex screwdriver.

  1. Align the concave side of the front fork with the frame.
  2. Thread the handlebar out from the front fork and set it aside. Ensure the handlebar is threaded out from the left side of the front fork and head tube, meaning it should be threaded out from the right side of the frame.
  3. Loosen the screws on the bearings. Insert the bearings into the connection between the front fork and the head tube.
  4. Tighten the screws and secure them with 12mm and 15mm wrenches.
  5. Loosen the screws on the handlebar presses and separate the upper handlebar press from the lower handlebar press.
  6. Place the lower pressure block beneath the handlebar.
  7. Insert the screws of the upper handlebar press into the screw holes of the lower handlebar press.
  8. Insert the entire handlebar press into the screw holes above the front fork.
  9. Secure the handlebar press in place using a nut.
  10. Follow the same process with the second handlebar press.
  11. Adjust the handlebar's angle to securely fasten the handlebar press in place.
  12. Tighten the handlebar presses using a 10mm and 13mm wrench.

3.3 Front Tire Assembly

Tools required: 14mm and 19mm wrenches.

  1. Loosen the screws on the bearings and thread the bearings successively into the front fork, spacer, and tire.
  2. Ensure that the tread on the tire, with the pointed edges, is facing forward.
  3. Please ensure that the bearings are inserted in the direction indicated by the arrow.
  4. Place the other spacer on the opposite side of the tire and thread the bearing through it.
  5. Thread the nut onto the end and secure it using 14mm and 19mm wrenches.

3.4 Front Fender Assembly

Tools required: Hex screwdriver.

  1. Place the front fender onto the front fork.
  2. Fasten the front fender in place with screws and tighten them using hex screwdrivers.

3.5 Fuel and Oil

  • Add engine oil with a 10W-30 or higher rating.
  • Add gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher (non-ethanol). The tank capacity is 0.32 gallons.

The mini bike features an easy pull-start mechanism. Ensure the kill switch is in the "ON" position before attempting to start.
