Key Components:

Setup

Follow these steps to set up your dehumidifier for first use.

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the dehumidifier and all packaging materials from the box.
  2. Placement: Place the unit upright on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is at least 20cm (8 inches) of clear space around all sides of the dehumidifier for proper airflow. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  3. Power Connection: Insert the power adapter into the power port on the back of the dehumidifier, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. Water Tank: Ensure the water tank is correctly seated in the base of the unit.

Power On/Off:

Timer Function:

The dehumidifier features an 8, 12, or 24-hour timer to optimize energy usage.

Auto Shut-Off:

The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature for safety and convenience.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your dehumidifier.

Emptying the Water Tank:

  1. When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically stop operating and the red indicator light will flash.
  2. Carefully pull out the water tank from the base of the dehumidifier.
  3. Pour out the collected water.
  4. Rinse the water tank with clean water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
  5. Slide the empty water tank back into the dehumidifier until it clicks securely into place. The unit will resume operation if it was on.

Cleaning the Dehumidifier:

  • No power supply.
  • Water tank is full or improperly placed.
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into the unit and a working electrical outlet.
  • Empty the water tank and ensure it is correctly seated.
Dehumidifier is running but not collecting water.
  • Room humidity is too low.
  • Temperature is too low.
  • Air inlets/outlets are blocked.
  • The unit will not collect water if humidity is below 45%.
  • Ensure room temperature is above 5°C (41°F).
  • Check and clear any obstructions from the air inlets and outlets.
Unit is making unusual noise.
  • Unit is not on a level surface.
  • Internal component issue.
  • Place the unit on a firm, level surface.
  • If the noise persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
