Setup

  1. Charge the Battery: Connect the 21V lithium battery to the provided charger and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
  2. Attach the Spray Gun Head: Align the spray gun head with the handle and rotate clockwise until securely locked.
  3. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your paint material and desired spray pattern. Insert it into the spray gun head.
  4. Prepare Paint Material: Ensure your paint material is properly thinned according to the paint manufacturer's instructions. Use the measuring cup to ensure correct consistency.
  5. Fill the Spray Bottle: Remove the sprayer (bottle) from the machine. Pour the prepared paint material into the 1000ml spray bottle. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  6. Adjust Intake Tube: The intake tube's angled end should point towards the back of the gun if spraying upwards, and towards the front if spraying downwards.
  7. Reattach Spray Bottle: Securely screw the filled spray bottle back onto the spray gun head.
  8. Insert Battery: Slide the charged 21V lithium battery into the base of the spray gun handle until it clicks into place.

Operation

  1. Power On: Press the power button or trigger to activate the spray gun. The device features a one-click start for ease of use.
  2. Adjust Paint Flow: Rotate the needle screw to adjust the amount of paint. Turning it to the right increases the flow. Test on a scrap piece of material to achieve the desired flow and spray pattern.
  3. Adjust Spray Pattern: The spray gun allows for adjustment of the spray width. Refer to the nozzle settings for different patterns (e.g., horizontal, vertical, circular).
  4. Spraying Technique: Maintain a consistent distance from the surface (approx. 20-25 cm or 8-10 inches) and move the gun in smooth, even strokes. Overlap each pass by about 50% for uniform coverage.
  5. Continuous Operation: The spray gun is designed for stable operation with multiple heat dissipation holes to prevent overheating during extended use.

Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your spray gun.

  1. Disassembly: The spray gun features a one-button disassembly function. Press and pull to separate the motor from the gun head.
  2. Empty Paint: Empty any remaining paint from the spray bottle.
  3. Clean Bottle and Intake Tube: Wash the spray bottle and intake tube thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning solution (water for latex paints, solvent for oil-based paints).
  4. Clean Nozzle and Spray Head: Remove the nozzle and clean it, along with the spray head, using the provided brush and cleaning solution. Ensure all paint residue is removed from all passages.
  5. Clean Gaskets: Inspect and clean the gaskets. Replace if damaged.
  6. Wipe Down Unit: Wipe the exterior of the spray gun handle and motor with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in liquid.
