5. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your AZZUNO Electric Concrete Mixer before use.

1. Connect the Stirring Rod: Insert the connecting shaft into the mixer unit's output spindle. Ensure it is fully seated.
2. Tighten Clockwise: Use the provided wrench to securely tighten the connecting shaft by turning it clockwise.
3. Attach the Mixing Paddle: Connect the S-shaped mixing rod (paddle) to the end of the connecting shaft. Ensure it is firmly attached.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Off

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

7.2 Carbon Brush Replacement

The mixer comes with two extra carbon brushes. Replace them when they are worn down to maintain motor efficiency.

1. Open the Lid: Locate the carbon brush covers on the sides of the motor housing. Use a screwdriver to open the lid.
2. Replace Brush: Carefully remove the old carbon brush and insert a new one.
3. Close the Lid: Securely close the carbon brush cover.
