5.2 Gas Spring Tension Adjustment

The gas spring tension needs to be adjusted to match the weight of your monitor for optimal movement and stability. Use the provided Allen key.

  • If the monitor droops or falls, turn the tension screw counter-clockwise to increase tension.
  • If the monitor rises too easily or is difficult to push down, turn the tension screw clockwise to reduce tension.
  • Adjust gradually, testing the arm's movement after each turn. Do not exceed 8 turns in either direction from the initial setting.

5.3 Tilt and Swivel Adjustment

If the monitor tilt or swivel is too loose or too stiff, use the appropriate Allen key to adjust the screws on the U-shaped joint head. Turn clockwise to tighten, counter-clockwise to loosen.
