Troubleshooting

Remote Not Responding

  • Check battery installation and ensure batteries are fresh.
  • Re-attempt the pairing process as described in the "Pairing Instructions" section.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan receiver.
  • Verify that the fan's power supply is on.

Fan Light Not Dimming/Changing Color

  • Ensure your ceiling fan model supports dimming and color change functions. Not all fans have these capabilities.
  • For dimming, press and hold the light button. A quick press will only toggle on/off.
  • For color change, ensure you are pressing the correct multi-colored light bulb button.

Fan Not Changing Direction

  • Ensure the fan is running at a low speed or off before attempting to change direction. Some fans require this for the direction change to register.
  • Confirm your fan model supports reversible direction.

Care and Maintenance

Keep the remote control dry and clean. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.

Clean the remote with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

If the remote will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
