1. Introduction

2.2. Earphone Components

The earphones consist of the main body, touch control area, and eartips. The charging case houses the earphones and provides additional battery life.

2.3. Touch Controls

The TANCHJIM MINO earphones feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. The functions are as follows:

• Single Tap: Play/Pause music, Answer/End phone calls. (Applicable to either earbud)
• Double Tap: Left earbud for Previous Track, Right earbud for Next Track. End call (either earbud).
• Triple Tap: Activate voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.).
• 2-Second Long Press: Left earbud toggles Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) On/Off. Right earbud toggles Ambient Sound Mode On/Off.
• Double Tap, then 5-Second Long Press on Second Tap: Re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode. (Applicable to either earbud)

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case. Place the earphones into the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status.

3.2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earphones are in the charging case and the case has sufficient battery.
2. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "TANCHJIM MINO" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. Select "TANCHJIM MINO" to connect. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing.

If pairing fails, close the case, wait a few seconds, and repeat the steps. For re-pairing or connecting to a new device, use the "Double Tap, then 5-Second Long Press" control to enter pairing mode manually.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earphones will automatically power on and connect to the last paired device.
• Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

4.2. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Automatic Pause/Resume: Music playback will automatically pause when you remove both earphones from your ears and resume when you put them back on.

4.3. Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long press either earbud for 2 seconds.

4.4. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and Ambient Sound Mode

The TANCHJIM MINO earphones feature advanced noise control modes:

• Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): Reduces external noise for an immersive listening experience. To activate/deactivate, long press the left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Ambient Sound Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to audio. To activate/deactivate, long press the right earbud for 2 seconds.

4.5. Voice Assistant

To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant), triple tap either earbud.

5.1. Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earphones, especially the eartips and charging contacts, with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
• Ensure no moisture enters any openings.

5.2. Storage

When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and maintain battery life. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

5.3. Water Resistance (IPX4)

The TANCHJIM MINO earphones are rated IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for use during workouts or in light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain. Do not use them in saunas, steam rooms, or while swimming.
