Setup
1. Battery Installation
The IRIS-GR2 uses one CR123A battery. To install:
- Unscrew the battery cap located on the side of the unit.
- Insert the CR123A battery with the positive (+) terminal facing inwards.
- Securely screw the battery cap back on.

2. Mounting the Device
The IRIS-GR2 is designed for rail mounting. To mount:
- Loosen the mounting screw on the device.
- Align the device with the desired rail slot on your compatible airsoft gun.
- Push the device fully onto the rail.
- Tighten the mounting screw securely until the device is firmly attached. Do not overtighten.

3. Attaching the Remote Cable Switch
The remote cable switch provides an alternative method for activating the laser. Connect the remote switch cable to the designated port on the IRIS-GR2 unit. Secure the cable to prevent snagging during use.
Operating Instructions
1. Power and Mode Selection
The IRIS-GR2 features a rear-facing power and mode selector switch. Rotate the switch to select the desired mode:
- OFF: Device is powered off.
- VIS: Activates the visible green laser.
- IR: Activates the infrared laser.
- VIS+IR: Activates both visible and infrared lasers simultaneously.

2. Laser Activation (Fire Button)
The center-positioned fire button allows for ambidextrous activation:
- Momentary ON: Press and hold the fire button. The laser will remain active as long as the button is held.
- Constant ON: Double-tap the fire button quickly. The laser will remain active until the button is pressed again.
The remote cable switch provides the same momentary and constant ON functionality.
3. Windage and Elevation Adjustment
The IRIS-GR2 features windage and elevation adjustment turrets. Each click adjusts the laser by 0.5 MOA.
- Elevation (Up/Down): Use the top adjustment turret.
- Windage (Left/Right): Use the side adjustment turret.
Use the provided adjustment tool to make precise adjustments. Always perform adjustments on a stable platform and verify zero at your desired range.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe the exterior of the device.
- For lenses, use a lens cloth and lens cleaning solution specifically designed for optics. Avoid abrasive materials.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents, as they may damage the finish or internal components.
2. Battery Replacement
Replace the CR123A battery when the laser output appears dim or inconsistent. Refer to the "Battery Installation" section under Setup for replacement instructions.
3. Storage
When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery to prevent leakage and store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
