3. Setup

3.1 Connection Modes

The TK950 keyboard offers three versatile connection modes:

Bluetooth 5.0 Mode: Connects wirelessly to up to three different devices (BT1, BT2, BT3). Ideal for switching between a tablet, laptop, and phone.
2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Utilizes a dedicated USB receiver for a stable wireless connection. Plug & Play functionality.
USB-C Wired Mode: Provides a direct, reliable connection and allows for charging the keyboard simultaneously.

3.2 Initial Setup and Switching Devices

To switch between the different connection modes and connected devices, use the following key combinations:

Bluetooth Mode (BT1/BT2/BT3): Press and hold FN + 1 / 2 / 3 to switch between the three Bluetooth channels.
2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Press and hold FN + 4 to activate the 2.4GHz wireless connection. Ensure the USB receiver is plugged into your device.
USB-C Wired Mode: Press and hold FN + 5 to use the wired connection. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard and your device.

The keyboard is compatible with Windows 7/8/10/XP/Vista, Linux, and Mac OS systems. For wired connection, it is plug and play, requiring no additional drivers.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Backlight and Lighting Effects

The TK950 features a unique white backlight with various effects to personalize your experience.

Change Lighting Effects: Press FN + INS to cycle through 19 preset light effects. These include 14 basic lighting effects and 5 game-specific lighting effects.
Adjust Brightness: Press FN + Up Arrow Key to increase brightness, and FN + Down Arrow Key to decrease brightness. There are 5 brightness levels.
Adjust Breathing Speed: Use FN + Left Arrow Key and FN + Right Arrow Key to adjust the breathing speed of the backlight.
Reset Lights: Press FN + ESC to reset the lighting effects.

4.2 Function Keys and Anti-Ghosting

The TK950 keyboard features 104 keys with anti-ghosting technology, ensuring all your key presses are registered accurately, even during rapid typing or complex gaming sequences. It also includes dedicated function keys for enhanced productivity:

Multimedia Keys: Use FN + F1-F12 for various multimedia functions.
Lock Win Key: Press FN + Win to lock the Windows key, preventing accidental presses during gaming.
Switch to Windows System: Press FN + W.
Switch to Mac System: Press FN + M.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EWEADN TK950 keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the keyboard. For deeper cleaning, a can of compressed air can remove dust and debris from between the keys. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Spill Prevention: While the keyboard is designed with some spill resistance, it is best to avoid liquid spills. In case of a spill, immediately disconnect the keyboard and allow it to dry completely before reconnecting.
Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Charging: Charge the keyboard using the provided USB-C cable. The 2000mAh battery provides approximately 7 days of battery life with typical usage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your EWEADN TK950 keyboard, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

Problem	Possible Cause / Solution
Keyboard not connecting / unresponsive	Ensure the keyboard is charged. Verify the correct connection mode is selected (FN + 1/2/3/4/5). For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted. For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is paired. Try re-pairing if necessary. Try connecting via USB-C wired mode to check basic functionality.
Keys "double typing" or not registering	Ensure the keyboard is clean and free of debris under the keycaps. Check for any software conflicts or outdated drivers on your computer. If the issue persists, contact customer support for assistance.
Backlight not working or stuck	Ensure the keyboard is charged. Try pressing FN + ESC to reset the lighting. Adjust brightness using FN + Up/Down Arrow Keys.
