Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Hiwill HiElite A41 sound system, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surfaces of the soundbar, subwoofer, and surround speakers. Avoid using liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish or internal components.
- Ventilation: Ensure that the soundbar and subwoofer have adequate ventilation. Do not block any ventilation openings. Placing the units in enclosed spaces without proper airflow can lead to overheating.
- Placement: Avoid placing the system in direct sunlight, near heat sources (like radiators or stoves), or in areas with high humidity or extreme temperatures.
- Cables: Periodically check all cable connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage. Loose connections can affect sound quality.
- Firmware Updates: As noted in the product description, firmware updates may be available to improve functionality, such as memory function support. Contact Hiwill customer support for information on obtaining and installing the latest firmware.
