Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater does not turn on. | No power, unit unplugged, overheat protection activated, tip-over switch activated. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check circuit breaker. Unplug and allow to cool for 30 minutes if overheat protection is active. Ensure heater is upright on a flat surface. |
| Heater produces insufficient heat. | Temperature setting too low, ECO mode active, room size too large. | Increase the temperature setting. Switch to High Power mode. Ensure the heater is appropriate for the room size (up to 250 sq ft). |
| Remote control not working. | Batteries dead or incorrectly inserted, obstruction between remote and heater. | Replace batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the signal. |
| Unusual noise or smell. | Dust accumulation, new unit smell. | Unplug the heater and clean it. A slight odor may be present during initial use; this should dissipate quickly. If noise or smell persists, discontinue use and contact support. |
