Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the steaming baskets, lid, and any removable trays with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main base unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth; do not immerse it in water.
  3. Placement: Place the main base unit on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Fill Water Reservoir: Open the side water inlet and fill the water reservoir with clean water. Observe the viewable water level indicator to ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Do not overfill.
  5. Assemble Baskets: Place the drip tray (if separate) onto the base unit, then stack the desired number of steaming baskets onto the base unit. Ensure they are securely seated.
  6. Add Food: Place your food items into the steaming baskets. Avoid overcrowding to allow for proper steam circulation.

  1. Power On: Plug the steamer into a standard electrical outlet. The digital display will light up.
  2. Set Steaming Time: Use the + and - buttons on the control panel to adjust the desired steaming duration. The steamer generates steam rapidly, typically within 25 seconds.
  3. Start Steaming: Press the STEAM or START/STOP button to begin the steaming process immediately.
  4. Using the Delay Timer (24-Hour Booking):
    • Press the DELAY TIMER button.

    • Press START/STOP to confirm the delay setting. The steamer will automatically start cooking after the set delay period.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your steamer.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the steamer from the power outlet and allow all parts to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
  3. Steaming Baskets and Lid: The steaming baskets and lid are dishwasher-friendly for convenient cleaning. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand using warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Drip Tray: The drip tray collects condensed water and food juices. Remove and empty the drip tray after each use. Wash it with warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher. This prevents residue buildup and protects the heating elements.
  5. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate on the heating element. To descale, fill the water reservoir with a mixture of water and white vinegar (e.g., 1:1 ratio). Run the steamer for 20-30 minutes. After descaling, rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water and run a cycle with fresh water to remove any vinegar odor.
