3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any protective films or packaging materials from the appliance.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Controls Overview

4.2 Preheating the Oven
- Place the pizza stone inside the oven on the rack.
- Close the oven door.
- Turn on the Power Switch.
- Set both the Upper and Lower Temperature Knobs to your desired baking temperature (e.g., 450°F for pizza).
- Allow the oven to preheat for 15-20 minutes, or until the desired temperature is reached. Preheating the pizza stone is crucial for a crispy crust.
4.3 Baking Pizza

- Close the oven door.

4.4 Baking Other Foods

- Egg Tarts: Place tarts on a baking sheet or directly on the pizza stone. Adjust temperature and time as needed.
- Chicken Wings: Place wings on a baking sheet lined with foil. Use the separate temperature controls to achieve desired crispiness.
- Pretzels, Bread, Cakes, Pies, Pastries: Follow recipe instructions for temperature and baking time.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Cool Down: Always ensure the oven is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.

- Pizza Stone: Scrape off any excess food with a spatula. For baked-on residue, allow the stone to cool, then gently scrub with a stiff brush and warm water. Do not use soap on the pizza stone as it can be absorbed and affect food taste. Ensure the stone is completely dry before next use.
- Glass Window: Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner if necessary.
