Setup and Installation

Setting up your Brio water cooler is straightforward. Choose a flat, stable surface near a power outlet. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.

Loading the Water Bottle

The bottom-loading design makes bottle replacement effortless. Simply open the lower cabinet door, slide in a 3- or 5-gallon water bottle, and insert the probe into the bottle's opening. Close the door, and the dispenser will begin drawing water.

Initial Power-Up

After placing the water bottle, plug in the unit. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the water to reach optimal hot and cold temperatures before dispensing. The indicator lights on the control panel will show when the desired temperatures are reached.

Operating Instructions

Your Brio water cooler offers three temperature settings for various needs:

To dispense hot water, you must simultaneously press the child-safety lock button located above the hot water dispensing button and then press the hot water dispensing button. This two-step process prevents accidental hot water dispensing.

Nightlight Feature

The built-in nightlight illuminates the dispensing area, providing visibility in low-light conditions and making it easy to see the removable drip tray.
