Product Overview

Setup
1. Mounting the Bike Light
The DL1700 is designed for under-handlebar mounting, compatible with Garmin quarter-lock mounts. This allows for quick attachment and detachment.
- Attach the provided mount to your bicycle's handlebar using the O-rings or integrate it with your existing Garmin-compatible computer mount.
- Align the DL1700 light unit with the mount's locking mechanism.
- Twist the light unit clockwise until it clicks securely into place.

2. Charging the Bike Light
Before first use, fully charge the DL1700. The device features a 4000mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C charging.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the light unit.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the light and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- During charging, the indicator light will blink red.
- Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn solid blue or green.

Operation
1. Power On/Off and Brightness Modes
The DL1700 offers multiple lighting modes for various riding conditions.
- Power On/Off: Long press the power button on the light unit to turn it on or off.
- Switch Brightness Mode: Single click the power button to cycle through brightness levels within the current beam mode (High Beam or Low Beam).

2. Wireless Remote Control
The wireless remote control provides convenient access to light functions while riding.
- Pairing: To pair the remote, with the light on, long press the power button on the light unit until it turns red. Then, press any button on the remote.
- Power On/Off: Long press the remote's power button.
- Switch Brightness Mode: Single click the remote's brightness mode button.
- Switch Smart/Manual Mode: Long press the remote's smart/manual mode button.
- Switch High/Low Beam: Single click the remote's high/low beam button.
- Turbo Button: Press the turbo button for instant maximum brightness (1900 lumens).

3. Smart Mode (Vibration Sensing)
The DL1700 features an intelligent standby mode to conserve battery life.
- In Smart Mode, the light will automatically turn off after 120 seconds (2 minutes) of being static.
- It will instantly turn back on when movement is detected.
- The indicator light will be blue in Smart Mode.

4. Battery Level Indicator
You can check the remaining battery power by pressing the switch briefly when the light is in standby mode.
- Manual Mode (Green Light):
- Solid green: 30%-100%
- Slowly flashing green: 10%-29%
- Rapidly flashing green and red: Less than 10%
- Intelligent Mode (Blue Light):
- Solid blue: 30%-100%
- Slowly flashing blue: 10%-29%
- Rapidly flashing blue and red: Less than 10%

5. Power Bank Function
The DL1700's 4000mAh battery can also serve as an emergency power bank for your smartphone or other USB-powered devices.
- Connect your device to the USB-C port of the DL1700 using a compatible cable.
- The light will begin charging your device.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the light unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
- Water Resistance: While IPX6 waterproof, avoid submerging the light in water. Ensure the USB-C port cover is securely closed before riding in wet conditions.
