Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Marsail Electric Standing Desk. A Phillips screwdriver is required; all other necessary tools are included.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Attach Desk Legs: Secure the desk legs to the desktop using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.
3. Install Control Box and Motor: Mount the control box and motor assembly to the underside of the desktop as indicated in the diagram. Connect all cables securely.
4. Mount Control Panel: Attach the control panel to the front edge of the desk, typically on the right side, and connect its cable to the control box.
5. Assemble Keyboard Tray: Attach the sliding rails to the keyboard tray and then secure the entire assembly to the underside of the desk. Ensure smooth operation.
6. Organize Cables: Use the included cable management clips to route and secure all power and control cables neatly.
7. Final Check: Verify all connections are secure and all screws are tightened.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

The Marsail Electric Standing Desk allows for flexible height adjustment from 27.5 inches to 46.7 inches. Use the control panel to adjust the desk to your desired height.

• Press the Up arrow (▲) button to raise the desk.
• Press the Down arrow (▼) button to lower the desk.
• Release the button when the desk reaches your preferred height.

Memory Presets

The desk features four programmable memory presets to save and recall your favorite height settings.

1. Set a Memory Preset:
   • Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
   • Press the "M" button (if present, or hold a number button directly).
   • Immediately press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) until you hear a beep or see a confirmation on the display. The current height is now saved to that preset.
2. Recall a Memory Preset:
   • Simply press the desired numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

Ergonomic Keyboard Tray Usage

The integrated keyboard tray provides an ergonomic typing position and helps free up desktop space.

• The keyboard tray slides smoothly in and out. Pull it gently towards you to extend it for use.
• Push it back under the desk when not in use to save space.
• The tray supports up to 22 lbs (10 kg). Do not exceed this weight limit.
