7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HUTT DDC56, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not power on. | No power connection or low battery. | Ensure power adapter is securely plugged in. Check if the power outlet is working. Allow the internal battery to charge if it's depleted. |
| Robot falls off the window. | Safety rope not attached, insufficient suction, or power loss. | Always attach the safety rope. Ensure the cleaning surface is clean and dry. Check power connection. The backup battery should prevent immediate fall upon power loss. |
| Leaves streaks or dirty marks. | Dirty cleaning cloths, insufficient water, or heavily soiled window. | Replace or wash cleaning cloths. Ensure water tank is filled and spray nozzles are clear. For heavily soiled windows, pre-clean or run multiple cycles with fresh cloths. |
| Robot does not move or gets stuck. | Obstruction, dirty sensors, or uneven surface. | Remove any obstructions. Clean the robot's sensors. Ensure the surface is flat and suitable for the robot. |
| Remote control not working. | Dead batteries or out of range. | Replace batteries in the remote control. Ensure you are within operating range of the robot. |
