The HUTT DDC56 is an intelligent window cleaning robot designed to provide efficient and streak-free cleaning for various glass surfaces.

3. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating the robot, especially when cleaning high or hard-to-reach windows.

  • Always attach the safety rope to a secure anchor point before placing the robot on the window. The robot is equipped with a 5-meter reinforced nylon safety rope.
  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected and not tangled.
  • The robot has a built-in safety back-up battery (20-25 minutes life) that activates in case of power disconnection, allowing time to retrieve the device. It will emit sounds to alert you.
  • Do not use the robot on cracked or damaged glass surfaces.
  • Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts during operation.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your HUTT DDC56 for cleaning:

  1. Put on a cloth: Attach a clean microfiber cleaning cloth to each of the robot's rotating pads.
  2. Spray water: Lightly spray water (or a suitable glass cleaning solution) onto the cleaning cloths, approximately 10 times per cloth.
  3. Add water to the water tank: Open the water tank cap and fill the 60ml smart water tank with clean water.
  4. Connect the safety rope: Securely attach the safety rope to the robot and then to a sturdy anchor point indoors.
  5. Connect the power supply: Plug the power adapter into the robot and then into a power outlet.
  6. Power on: Press and hold the power button on the robot for 3 seconds until it powers on and begins suction.

5. Operating Instructions

The HUTT DDC56 is designed for user-friendly operation with advanced cleaning technologies.

5.1. One-Click Easy Control

Once powered on and attached to the window, simply press the start button on the robot or the remote control to begin cleaning. The robot will automatically plan its cleaning path and return to its starting point when finished.

5.2. Smart Adaptive Suction

The DDC56 features smart adaptive suction, automatically adjusting its suction power (2000-3000Pa) based on the surface and the level of dirt detected. This ensures optimal cleaning for various types of stains, from rain to oil.

5.3. Dual Rotating Scrub Technology

Equipped with dynamic swing and dual rotating pads, the robot provides deep and consistent cleaning, ensuring strong cleanliness and efficient dust absorption.

5.4. Dual Ultrasonic Misting Spray System

The robot features a 60ml smart water tank and dual ultrasonic nozzles that spray a fine mist for precision hydration, enabling bidirectional cleaning and a streak-free shine.

5.5. Frameless Window & Mirror Cleaning

The DDC56 is capable of effortlessly cleaning frameless windows and mirrors thanks to its automatic edge detection technology.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your robot.

  • Cleaning Cloths: After each use, remove the cleaning cloths and wash them. They are reusable and can be machine washed. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank after use. Clean the tank periodically to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Sensors: Gently wipe the robot's sensors with a soft, dry cloth to ensure accurate edge detection and navigation.
  • Storage: Store the robot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your HUTT DDC56, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
