  • Remove the filters by releasing the latches.
  • Wash them in a dishwasher or by hand using hot water and a mild detergent.
  • Ensure filters are completely dry before re-installing.

Activated Carbon Filter Replacement (for Recirculation Mode):

If you are using the hood in recirculation mode, the activated carbon filters (Model No: CC170) cannot be washed and must be replaced periodically (typically every 3-6 months, depending on usage). Refer to the installation drawing for replacement instructions.

General Cleaning:

Clean the exterior surfaces of the hood with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

6. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your extractor hood. For problems not listed here, please contact customer support.

Common Issues:

  • Hood not turning on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the circuit breaker has tripped.
  • Poor suction: Ensure grease filters are clean and not clogged. For recirculation mode, check if the activated carbon filters need replacement. Verify that the ducting (if applicable) is not obstructed.
