Powering the Device

- Position the air tube off-center toward the inner side of your arm, aligning it with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose. The cuff detection feature will alert you if it's not worn correctly.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
