Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

A 10-minute charge can provide approximately 50 minutes of use.

2. Pairing with Your Device

Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has power.
Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
Search for "HiBuds 6" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Select "HiBuds 6" to connect. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device when taken out of the case.

3. Fitting the Earbuds

Select the silicone ear tips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A proper seal is essential for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.

Voice Assistant Access

Press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds in standby or music mode to instantly summon your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

Multi-point Connection

The Hibuds 6 supports multi-point connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously. This enables seamless switching between, for example, a smartphone and a laptop without needing to manually disconnect and reconnect.

Battery Life and LED Display

The earbuds provide up to 8 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case extending total battery life to 40 hours. The LED display on the charging case shows the battery percentage of the case and individual battery bars for the left and right earbuds.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, you may remove them and gently wipe with a damp cloth, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are IPX7 rated, meaning they are protected against temporary immersion in water (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). This makes them suitable for use during workouts or in light rain.

Important Note:

The charging case is NOT water-resistant. Avoid exposing the charging case to water or moisture.
Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Earbuds not pairing/connecting	Ensure earbuds are charged and in pairing mode (open case lid). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "HiBuds 6" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open again.
Only one earbud works	Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific reset instructions if available).
Low volume or poor sound quality	Adjust volume on both your device and via earbud controls. Ensure ear tips provide a good seal in your ear. Try different sizes. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
Charging case not charging	Check the USB-C cable and power adapter. Try a different cable or adapter. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
